The BGCT Annual Meeting this year will end with a special event on the Baylor University campus. Baylor President Ken Starr will host a "conversation" with Sean and Leigh Anne Touhy, the couple featured in the book and movie, "The Blind Side."

It is part of the university's "On Topic" series of events at Waco Hall. Tickets are required but are free and will be available Sunday and Monday, Nov. 16-17, at Waco Convention Center during the BGCT Annual Meeting. Tickets also will be available Tuesday, Nov. 18, at Waco Hall before the event.

"The Blind Side" tells the story of Michael Oher, a homeless teenager turned first round draft pick NFL football player, with the support and love of adoptive parents Sean and Leigh Anne Tuohy. Their lives inspired the New York Times number one bestseller, The Blind Side, which went on to become a Hollywood movie.

Sean played basketball at the University of Mississippi and was drafted by the New York Nets in 1982. He continued his basketball career overseas but returned to the U.S. and became an entrepreneur and NBA broadcaster. He is currently a broadcaster for the Memphis Grizzlies.

Leigh Anne graduated from Ole Miss with a bachelor's degree in interior design. She and her mother co-own Flair I, an interior design firm and her work has been featured on HGTV.

The Tuohys have released a second book and established a charity called The Making it Happen Foundation. The Tuohy family's story has been covered by Katie, Fox and Friends, Good Morning America, 20/20, The Today Show, Dr. Drew, Sean Hannity, and Huffington Post Live. They are actively involved in many organizations, including Grace Evangelical Church, of which they are founding members.

Tickets for the Waco event will be at the information desk during the first two days of the Annual Meeting.
