Bryan and Jody Shippey

In 2017, Bryan and Jody Shippey, North American Mission Board (NAMB) missionaries, planted a new church in Framingham, Massachusetts. The church, called Banner Hill Church, meets on the campus of Framingham State University in the town center.
Because Banner Hill is located in the center of campus, students often walk into the Sunday morning worship service to see what church is all about. Many of these students do not have any understanding of who Jesus is or what church is like.
The Shippeys continue to see the great need for ministry on college campuses in the New England region. They are looking beyond their church to see where other churches can be planted, and they are praying that one day every college town in the region will have Gospel witnesses.
When our church gives through the Cooperative Program, we support the Shippeys’ ministry to college students in New England. Join me in praying for the Shippeys and the college students they are ministering to daily.

En 2017, Bryan y Jody Shippey, misioneros con la Junta de Misiones Norteamericanas (NAMB), plantaron una iglesia en Framingham, Massachusetts. La iglesia, llamada Iglesia Banner Hill, se reúne en el recinto de la Universidad Estatal de Framingham en el centro de la ciudad.
Debido a que la iglesia Banner Hill está localizada en el centro del recinto, con frecuencia los estudiantes asisten al servicio de adoración el domingo en la mañana para ver de qué se trata la iglesia.
Los Shippey continúan viendo la gran necesidad de ministrar en los recintos universitarios en la región de Nueva Inglaterra. Están mirando más allá de su iglesia para ver dónde pueden ser plantadas otras iglesias, y están orando porque un día, en cada recinto universitario en la región haya testigos del evangelio.
Cuando nuestras iglesias ofrendan al Programa Cooperativo, sostenemos el ministerio de los Shippey a estudiantes universitarios en Nueva Inglaterra. Oremos por los Shippey y los estudiantes universitarios a quienes ministran cada día.
