The Texas Baptists Annual Meeting is made up of the messengers sent on behalf of churches. This year messengers can join the two Business Sessions either in-person or online. Choose one of these three registration processes to take part in Annual Meeting Business Sessions.
Messenger Registration
Premium In-Person Experience
Messengers will receive QR codes via email. Messengers bring their QR codes (on a mobile device or printed) to the “fast line” at Annual Meeting Registration.

Pre-registration has closed
Standard In-Person Experience
Mail in your ”Messenger Request Card” by October 20, 2021. Receive messenger cards in the mail and distribute to your messengers. Bring your signed messenger cards and ID to Annual Meeting Registration.
Remote Online Experience
Messengers will receive detailed instructions on how to access the online meeting prior to the event. Join the Zoom Webinar during the Business Sessions of Annual Meeting. Online Messengers can only VOTE during Business Sessions.

Registration has closed
To help with this process, a “Messenger Request Card” with your church’s BGCT ID# and number of messengers will be mailed to your church. For assistance please call (888) 244-9400.
The number of messengers a church is entitled to determined by church size and Cooperative Program contributions.
Guests
If your church has already registered the maximum number of messengers or you would like to attend as a guest, you are welcome to attend. Guests do not need to pre-register. Simply check-in at Annual Meeting Registration upon arrival to receive a name badge. For more information about Annual Meeting click here.
