The Waco Convention Center has free parking around the entire convention center. There are over 900 parking spots located in nearby parking lots and on the street.

Texas Baptists recognizes that the safety of those on site at the Texas Baptists Annual Meeting is our top priority. Our commitment to safety will continue to evolve based on state and federal guidance to ensure all participants follow safe and healthy protocols on site.
Out of an abundance of caution, Texas Baptists, in partnership with the City of Waco, will continue to follow CDC recommended guidelines related to the coronavirus.
All participants are welcome to:
Wear fabric face covering according to the CDC guidelines.
Waco Convention Center will have hand sanitation stations located throughout the center.
These guidelines encourage peace of mind for all attending this event. Thank you for your cooperation.
SECURITY PRECAUTIONS
In cooperation with the Waco Convention Center and event security, please wear your Texas Baptists Annual Meeting name badge at all times. Texas Baptists has taken every precaution to ensure the safety of all messengers and visitors.
TRADUCCIÓN ESPAÑOL/SPANISH TRANSLATION
Todas las sesiones de la reunión general y de negocios de la reunión anual de 2022 se traducirán al español. Los auriculares estarán disponibles en el puesto de información ubicado en el nivel superior del Centro de convenciones de Waco.
All General and Business Meeting Sessions of the 2022 Annual Meeting will be translated in Spanish. Headsets will be available for checkout at the Information Booth located in the upper level of the Waco Convention Center.
FIRST AID
The First Aid room will be located next to the Information Desk on the upper level of the Waco Convention Center.
First Aid will be available Sunday, Nov. 13 from 3 – 7 p.m.;Monday, Nov. 14 from 6 a.m. – 10 p.m.; and Tuesday, Nov. 15 from 7 a.m. – 1 p.m.
LOCAL INFORMATION
Maps, restaurant guides and other local information are available at the Texas Baptists Information Desk located in the upper level of the Waco Convention Center across from the escalators.
LOST AND FOUND
To find a “lost” item or to turn in a “found” item, please go to the Texas Baptists Information Desk located in the upper level of the Waco Convention Center across from the escalators.
LIMITED REFRESHMENTS OFFERED
Coffee and limited refreshments will be provided during exhibit hall hours on Sunday from 4-6 p.m.; Monday from 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.; and Tuesday from 8 – 10 a.m. There are vending machines on both levels of the Waco Convention Center.
RECYCLE BADGES
Annual Meeting is going green. At the end of the event, please help us by placing your name badges in the recycle bin at the inside back doors of the General Session.
PHONE CHARGING STATIONS
As an added convenience for Annual Meeting attendees, phone charging stations (that accommodate most phone and tablet connections) are provided in McLennan Hall in the main exhibit hall (upper level).
