CENTER FOR MISSIONAL ENGAGEMENT:

  • Pray for Josue Valerio, Director of The Center for Missional Engagement, as he leads us through 2021. Pray for Ministry Assistants Stacey, Gloria, and Terry.
  • Pray for Danilo Antunes as he continues to guide Pastors and Ministers through Ministry Grid training.

MISSIONARY ADOPTION PROGRAM, TXB MISSIONARY, MINISTER OF MISSIONS: Noe Trevino

  • Pray for some of the new places MAP is looking to partner with in the future. Pray for details to work out and for God's will to be done in these locations.
  • Pray for our MAP Missionaries around the world as they seek to plant churches and speak the truth of the Gospel in hard places.
  • Pray for our Texas Baptists Missionaries as they continue to serve others in their ministry areas. Pray for Aaron & Grace, Jeff & Alicia, Julia, Nick & Susan, Noemi, Shaun & Whitney, Stephen & Penny, Steve & Anne, Ashley & Jason, Cindy & Tyler, Emilio & Priscilla, Kaitlin & Mark, Karah & Hunter, Keron, Kim & Tim, Loren & Vicky, Mary & Luke, and Tiffne & Joel.

MINISTERS’ DEVELOPMENT & MISSIONAL NETWORKS: David Miranda

  • Praise the Lord for the great work being done through our Church Pastoral Centers around the state with pastors and church leaders being trained.
  • Pray for new connections to young leaders across the state.

RIVER MINISTRY / MEXICO MISSIONS: Mario Gonzalez

  • Pray for our 16 River Ministry Missionaries as they serve this summer when it is busier than ever. Pray for times of rest and rejuvenation for them.
  • Pray for our 25+ Church Planters in the interior of Mexico that we support through Baptist Conventions across Mexico. Pray for strength and encouragement.
  • Pray for missionaries as they serve immigrants and refugees now crossing into the US to have the help and assistance they need to meet physical and spiritual needs.
  • Pray for missionaries and churches in Mexico serving deportees and immigrants. They are in need of food and spiritual care.
  • Pray for partnering churches as they make decisions on how they can help.

BOUNCE: David Scott

  • Pray for our team as they finish strong in Puerto Rico. Pray for lives to be impacted and seeds to be sown. Pray for participants to come home changed from this experience.
  • Pray for Mission 6 in Dallas July 13-18 and Mission 7 in Houston July 20-25 as leaders and participants prepare to help church planters make a difference in their communities. Pray for hearts to be open to hearing from the Lord.

CHURCH STARTING: Tom Howe

  • Pray for our Strategists: John Silva, Daniel DeLeon, Dustin Payne, Lonnie Tucker, and Clay Jacobson.
  • Pray for new church starts to stay strong in the Lord amidst the pandemic. Thank the Lord for creative ways to have church and for ways we are coming back to meeting!

MULTI-HOUSING & HOUSE CONGREGATIONS: Paul Atkinson

  • Pray for House Church Catalysts as they serve the Lord to reach new areas for Christ.
  • Pray for our Philippi Churches in prisons around Texas that are continuing to meet without the help of Chaplains and workers who can’t enter because of COVID. Pray for church partners around the state to come on board to help get materials to these churches.
