Exhibitors
Thank you for your interest in Advertising and/or Exhibiting at the upcoming Annual Meeting. Online registration opens on Monday, May 16th for all outside ministries. ALL registration is closed by the end of day Monday, August 1.
In Waco, exhibitors are limited to one space each until July 15th. After that, additional requested spaces are filled until sold.
All new exhibitors are reviewed and approved by an exhibitor sub-committee.
As a point of reference, every year you can find registration information here on our Annual Meeting webpage when registration is open. Registration opens the Monday closest to the 15th of May and closes the Monday closest to August 1.
