Texas Baptists Counseling Services is proud to offer our Texas Baptists affiliated licensed ministry leaders an opportunity to become a certified Prepare & Enrich facilitator. The Prepare & Enrich training provides instruction on how to use the evidence-based, world-renowned assessment tool in premarital and marriage counseling. Once certified as a facilitator, the Prepare & Enrich assessment helps clergy with a framework that can be used with couples to promote relationship satisfaction, enrichment, and growth.
Learn from an experienced Prepare/Enrich Trainer and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who will guide you through the course and answer your questions in person.
This training with instruction and course material is provided at a discounted rate through grant funds given by the Texas Baptists Missions Foundation.

The Prepare/Enrich Facilitator course provides you with the core knowledge and skills to confidently utilize the proven Prepare/Enrich assessment and feedback resources to foster resilient relationships and marriages.
After the course you will be able to:
- Prepare couples to take the assessment
- Interpret the assessment insights
- Give personalized feedback
- Initiate meaningful discussion
- Facilitate relationship skill-building exercises

You must be a licensed minister on staff with a Texas Baptists/BGCT affiliated church to participate in this training. This training is not a marriage retreat, counseling intensive, or couples counseling.
