Tedashii

Tedashii is a seasoned communicator, writer, and thought leader dedicated to helping people step into the fullness of who they are meant to be. Raised in Texas on the edges of society, he learned early the value of resilience, education, and leadership—qualities that continue to shape his purpose today. After an athletic career at Baylor University was cut short by injury, he shifted his focus toward academics, earning dual bachelor’s degrees in Anthropology and Sociology from the University of North Texas. This foundation fuels his lifelong pursuit of understanding culture, identity, and human flourishing, and it informs his work supporting individuals and communities facing some of life’s greatest challenges.

For over two decades, Tedashii has devoted himself to empowering people to embrace their identity, cultivate purpose, and pursue growth with courage. He is the Director of Speaking with Purpose, the CEO of Chase Wellness, and the Executive Director of Chase Life—a nonprofit organization providing hope and support to families navigating the loss of a child. He also hosts The Dash podcast, where he explores themes of identity, resilience, and the human experience.

Known for his ability to connect with audiences of all ages and backgrounds, Tedashii brings a rare blend of insight, authenticity, and practical wisdom to every stage. Wherever he speaks, Tedashii challenges people to step fully into who they are and move boldly toward the future they were made to live.
