As a part of the application process, you will be required to complete a background check and submit a copy of your license(s), liability insurance, W9, references and a resume. The last step of the application process is a phone call with the Director of Counseling Services. Our office will be in contact with you soon to gather these supporting documents and schedule a phone interview.
