Goals
- Develop strong and positive relationships with pastors, staff and lay persons of cooperating Texas Baptists cowboy churches.
- Provide cowboy churches with helpful information while connecting them to resources which encourage and help reach ministry goals.
- Provide and develop leadership training for cowboy church pastors, staff and lay leadership.
- Assist churches and associations in planting and growing new cowboy churches where there is a need.
- Identify and equip new cowboy church planters and pastors.
