In order to receive the discount, all people must be from the same church and on the same registration. Discounts cannot be applied to prior registrations.

*To receive the reduced rate for multiple registrations from one church, all data must be entered/sent at the same time with only one source of payment.
Senior Pastors may attend for free if at least one paid registration is from their church. Information on redeeming the free Senior Pastor registration will come in the confirmation email.

Scholarships
Mary Hill Davis Ethnic Minority Scholarship
WMU of Texas has faithfully supported Conclave NextGen through the efforts of the Mary Hill Davis Offering®. This scholarship reduces the cost of registration to $20 for ethnic minority-based ministry leaders serving in a BGCT church.
Student Scholarship
We believe it’s important to expose undergraduate college students who are preparing for ministry to training opportunities. Full-time undergraduate college students with a .edu email address are eligible to attend Conclave NextGen at a discounted rate of $100.
