Conclave NextGen is made possible largely due to the investment of our sponsors and exhibitors. Not only do sponsors financially support our event, they provide valuable resources for NextGen ministry leaders. We would be honored for you to consider partnering with us in ministry to encourage and equip church leaders who are serving the next generation and their families. We have multiple levels of sponsorship available.

Sponsorship Options
Map of Exhibit LocationsPremier Sponsor ($5,000) – 2 Available
Main Lobby – Front & Center (8' x 16' booth spaces) – Shaded Red on Map (11-14)
- Most prominent placement of a double booth space (8’ x 16’) at the main entrance. In the Main Lobby outside where the general sessions will meet. Attendees will come through that space before & after the four general sessions.
- You will receive all the essentials of a double booth space outlined in the Elite & Partner Sponsorship.
- Your ministry/organization will be announced as 1 of 2 Premier Sponsors from stage during all four general sessions.
- Your ministry will be highlighted from the stage during two main sessions. This will either be the two sessions on Monday (9:30 am & 4 pm) OR the two sessions on Tuesday (9:30 am & 4 pm).
- We will air a 3-min. video produced by you and approved by us during one of your sessions on EITHER Monday or Tuesday.
- The organization that registers first will get the choice of Monday or Tuesday.
- Your name and logo shown on our large screens before and after all general sessions.
- Your name and logo on Conclave NextGen signage (physical & digital) during the event with the other Premier Sponsor and our Premier TXB Sponsors (WMU & Texas Baptist Mission Foundation).
- In addition to your website/link listed with the other Conclave Sponsor, your logo will be placed on the Conclave NextGen Homepage as a Premier sponsor with the other Premier Sponsor and our Premier TXB Sponsors (WMU & Texas Baptist Mission Foundation.)
- Opportunity to place a brochure or card in each of our 750 Conclave bags.
- In July, more information will be given about where to send your brochure or card.
- Items must be received by mid-September.
- Opportunity to place a small gift, book or promotional piece for each attendee via chair drop during one of the 2 main sessions when you will be highlighted on either Monday OR Tuesday (9:30 am & 4 pm).
Elite Sponsor ($1,250/$2,500) – 22 Available
Main Lobby (8' x 8' booth spaces) – Shaded Green on Map (1-10, 15-26)
- Prominent placement of a single ($1,250) or double ($2,500) booth space in the Main Lobby outside of the Main Sessions with 21 other Elite Sponsor booths.
- You will receive all the essentials of a booth space outlined in the Partner Sponsorships.
- Your name and logo shown on our large screens before and after all general sessions.
- Your website and link placed on the Conclave NextGen exhibitor webpage AND the Texas Baptists App as an Elite Sponsor for Conclave.
- Opportunity to place a brochure or card in each of our 750 Conclave bags.
- Items must be received by mid-September.
- In August, more information will be given about where to send a brochure or card.
Partner Sponsor ($500/$1,000) – 34 Available
College Hall (6' x 8' booth spaces) – Shaded Blue on Map (402-702)
- Single ($500) or double ($1,000) booth space in the College Hall.
- The College Hall is where ALL of the breakout drawings will take place.
- All of the breakout sessions will take place around and above the College Hall.
- Lunch will be served for all participants both days near the College Hall
- Your website and link listed on Conclave NextGen exhibitor webpage and Texas Baptists App as a Partner Sponsor for Conclave.
- You will receive all of the essentials of a booth space outlined in the Associate Sponsorships
Associate Sponsor ($350/$700) – 43 Available
Fellowship Hall (6' x 8' booth space) – Shaded Pink on Map (101-317)
- Single ($350) or double ($700) booth space in the Fellowship Hall.
- While this location will be closer to the Main Session and Main Lobby, the Fellowship Hall is away from the breakout sessions. There will be NO breakout drawings in the Fellowship Hall location.
- Each booth will receive:
- Pipe & Drape rental (6’ sides/8’ back)
- 1 Electrical Outlet, if needed
- 1 Table Covered/Skirted (6’)
- 2 Chairs/1 Small Trash Can
- 1 Imprinted Sign
- 2 Representatives (each additional rep - $100)
- Your website and link listed on Conclave NextGen exhibitor webpage and Texas Baptists App as an Associate Sponsor for Conclave.
Additional Sponsorships
All of these opportunities are available to those organizations that have already registered to sponsor as an exhibitor as an add-on to the base level sponsorship.
Monday Lunch Sponsor ($750)
- During the Monday morning main session, your name will be announced as the Monday Lunch Sponsor while your logo is on the screens.
- Your name and logo on signage throughout the serving areas during lunch on Monday.
- Opportunity to place a brochure or card in each of our 750 Conclave bags.
- In July, more information will be given about where to send your brochure or card.
- Items must be received by mid-September.
Tuesday Lunch Sponsor ($750)
- During the Tuesday morning main session, your name will be announced as the Tuesday Lunch Sponsor while your logo is on the screens.
- Your name and logo on signage throughout the serving areas during lunch on Tuesday.
- Opportunity to place a brochure or card in each of our 750 Conclave bags.
- In July, more information will be given about where to send your brochure or card.
- Items must be received by mid-September.
Breakout Refreshment Sponsor ($500) – 2 Available
- During one of the main sessions, your name will be announced as the Breakout Refreshment Sponsor for the day while your logo is on the screens.
- Your name and logo on signage in all our refreshment locations during breakouts.
- Opportunity to place a brochure or card in each of our 750 Conclave bags.

- Items must be received by mid-September.
Coffee Sponsor ($500) – 2 Available
- During one of the main sessions, your name will be announced as the Coffee Sponsor for the day while your logo is on the screens.
- Your name and logo on signage where coffee is being served.
- Opportunity to place a brochure or card in each of our 750 Conclave bags.

Bag Insert Sponsor - Exhibitor ($200)
