Sponsorship Opportunities

Conclave NextGen is made possible largely due to the investment of our sponsors and exhibitors. Not only do sponsors financially support our event, they provide valuable resources for NextGen ministry leaders. We would be honored for you to consider partnering with us in ministry to encourage and equip church leaders who are serving the next generation and their families. We have multiple levels of sponsorship that are described below.

Exhibitor Sponsorships

Platinum Sponsor ($5,000) – Sold Out!

Sanctuary Foyer
  • Prominent placement of a double booth space (8’ x 16’) right outside the sanctuary where the general sessions will meet. Attendees will come through that foyer before & after the four general sessions.
  • You will receive all the essentials of a double booth space outlined in the Silver & Bronze Sponsorship.
  • Ministry announced as 1 of 2 Platinum Sponsors from stage during all four general sessions.
  • Your ministry will be highlighted from the stage during two main sessions. This will either be the two sessions on Monday (10 am & 4 pm) OR the two sessions on Tuesday (10 am & 4 pm).
    • We will air a 3-min. video produced by you and approved by us during one of your sessions on EITHER Monday or Tuesday.
    • The organization that registers first will get the choice of Monday or Tuesday.
  • Your name and logo shown on our large screens before and after all general sessions.
  • Your name and logo on Conclave NextGen signage during the event.
  • Your name and logo placed on our website as a sponsor of Conclave NextGen (if sponsorship is secured in time for the logo to be added to the website).
  • Your website and link placed on Conclave NextGen exhibitor webpage as PLATINUM/SANCTUARY FOYER sponsor.
  • Attendee contact list (if requested).
  • Opportunity to place a brochure or card in each of our 500 Conclave bags.
  • Items must be received at First Baptist Church San Antonio by mid-September.
    • More info will be sent to these sponsors in August.
  • We would ask you to consider providing a small gift, book or promotional piece for each attendee during one of the 2 main sessions where you will be highlighted on either Monday OR Tuesday (10 am & 4 pm).

Gold Sponsor ($1,250/$2,500) – Sold Out!

Unity Hall
  • Prominent placement of a single (8’ x 8’, $1,250) or double (8’ x 16’, $2,500) booth space in Unity Hall with the 11 other GOLD sponsor booths. Unity Hall is in between the main sessions and breakouts so everyone going to breakouts will pass through this space.
  • You will receive all the essentials of a booth space outlined in the Silver & Bronze Sponsorships.
  • Your name and logo shown on our large screens before and after all general sessions.
  • Attendee contact list (if requested).
  • Your website and link placed on Conclave NextGen exhibitor webpage as GOLD/UNITY HALL sponsor.
  • Opportunity to place a brochure or card in each of our 500 Conclave bags.
  • Items must be received at First Baptist Church San Antonio by mid-September.

Silver Sponsor ($500/$1,000) – Sold Out!

Fellowship Hall
  • Single (6’ x 8’, $500) or double (6’ x 16’, $1,000) booth space in the Fellowship Hall.
  • The Fellowship Hall is off the main entrance on the way to the Sanctuary where the main sessions will meet.
  • Each booth will receive:
    • Pipe & Drape rental (3’ sides/8’ back)
    • 1 Electrical Outlet, if needed
    • 1 Table Covered/Skirted (6’)
    • 2 Chairs/1 Small Trash Can
    • 1 Imprinted Sign
    • 2 Representatives (each additional rep - $100)
  • Attendee contact list (if requested).
  • Your website and link listed on Conclave NextGen exhibitor webpage as SILVER/FELLOWSHIP HALL Sponsor.

Bronze Sponsor ($350/$700)

4th Street Crossing
  • Single (6’ x 8’, $350) or double (6’ x 16’, $700) booth space in 4th Street Crossing.
  • 4th Street Crossing is directly across the street from FBC and is part of their church campus.
  • ALL giveaways and prizes will be handed out/announced from 4th Street Crossing.
  • Each booth will receive:
    • Pipe & Drape rental (3’ sides/8’ back)
    • 1 Electrical Outlet, if needed
    • 1 Table Covered/Skirted (6’)
    • 2 Chairs/1 Small Trash Can
    • 1 Imprinted Sign
    • 2 Representatives (each additional rep - $100)

Non-Exhibitor Sponsorship

Bag Sponsor – Non-Exhibitor ($500)

  • If you are unable to attend but would like to place something in the Conclave bag.
  • Provide a small gift and/or brochure to be placed in each of our 500 Conclave bags.
  • Items must be received at First Baptist Church San Antonio by mid-September.
  • More info will be sent to these sponsors in August.

Additional Sponsorships

All these opportunities are available to those organizations that have already registered to sponsor as an exhibitor.

Monday Youth Ministry Leader Lunch Sponsor ($1000) – Sold Out!

  • Doug Franklin from Leadertreks will be our guest speaker.
  • All youth ministry leaders are invited to attend this luncheon. This will be a special time of gathering and an opportunity to network with other ministers who serve in similar capacities.
  • This will also be a unique opportunity for our ministry leaders to hear briefly from you and learn about your ministry.
  • You will have the opportunity to pass out a brochure/card describing your ministry as well as 2 minutes to give a brief overview.

Tuesday Childhood Ministry Lunch Sponsor ($1000) – Sold Out!

  • Ron Hunter from D6 Family Ministry will be our guest speaker.
  • All childhood ministry leaders are invited to attend this luncheon, specifically designed for those who provide leadership in preschool or elementary aged children. This will be a special time of gathering and an opportunity to network with other ministers who serve in similar capacities.
  • This will also be a unique opportunity for our ministry leaders to hear briefly from you and learn about your ministry.
  • You will have the opportunity to pass out a brochure/card describing your ministry as well as 2 minutes to give a brief overview.

Breakout Refreshment Sponsor ($750) – Sold Out!

  • Your name announced as breakout refreshment sponsor during one of the main sessions while logo is on the screens.
  • Your name and logo on signage in all our refreshment locations during breakouts.
  • Opportunity to place a brochure or card in each of our 500 Conclave bags.
    Items must be received at First Baptist Church San Antonio by mid-September.

Coffee Conversations Sponsor ($750) – 1 Available

  • Your name announced as the Coffee Conversations sponsor during one of the main sessions while logo is on the screens.
  • Your name and logo on signage where coffee is being served for the Coffee Conversations on Tuesday morning.
  • Opportunity to place a brochure or card in each of our 500 Conclave bags.
  • Items must be received at First Baptist Church San Antonio by mid-September.

Bag Sponsor - Exhibitor ($200)

  • Provide a small gift and/or brochure to be placed in each of our 500 Conclave bags.
  • Items must be received at First Baptist Church San Antonio by mid-September.
  • More info will be sent to these sponsors in August.


New Sponsors

If you are a new sponsor this year, we are excited you have chosen to join us and look forward to serving alongside you as we serve churches. This year we are asking all new potential sponsors to answer a few questions during the registration process to ensure your organization is a good fit for Conclave NextGen and your sponsorship investment. New sponsors will be confirmed within 7 business days of the submitted registration.


Cancellation Policy

Cancel Before August 31st - Your exhibit fee will be refunded minus a $175 fee per booth space.
Cancel after August 31st - Your exhibit fee will not be refunded.
