Tarleton State University has been educating students at their Fort Worth campus for more than 30 years. Currently, they are building a new permanent campus in Fort Worth scheduled to open for classes in Fall 2019. By 2026, Tarleton-Fort Worth is projected to have over 6,000 students.
The Baptist Student Ministry (BSM) of Tarleton University in Stephenville saw this as the perfect time to establish a new BSM on the Fort Worth campus in order to reach the thousands of students they anticipate.
Following the lead of Director Morgan Little, the Tarleton-Fort Worth BSM is building a strong, foundational group of college students ready to spread the Gospel across their campus. With free student lunches, Bible studies and campus outreach, they hope to be a light on the new campus and form relationships that will lead to many professions of faith.
Through our church’s Cooperative Program giving, we help support the training for BSM campus leaders who will continue to reach college students with the Gospel. Let’s pray for Morgan and other BSM leaders as they grow and transform their campuses.
